1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph.rush" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform accessible at phrush.onl, including all subpages, services, games, promotions, and associated features.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of ph.rush operating under PAGCOR's regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph.rush platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on ph.rush used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's ph.rush account, comprising real money and, where applicable, bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by ph.rush subject to wagering requirements that must be met before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required under Philippine AML and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using ph.rush would be unlawful under applicable local law.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and ph.rush. By accessing the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are at least 21 years of age.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. ph.rush is exclusively available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. Any Player who provides false information regarding their age during registration commits a material breach of these Terms. ph.rush reserves the right to void all transactions, forfeit all balances, and permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Access to ph.rush is intended for players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using ph.rush is legal under the laws of their country or region of residence. ph.rush does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person may register and maintain only one active ph.rush account. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where ph.rush identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from those accounts pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Accuracy. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must notify ph.rush promptly of any changes to your registered information.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). ph.rush may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and the source of funds in your account. This is a PAGCOR compliance requirement. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or similar). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Security and Access

3.1 Credentials. Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your ph.rush account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. ph.rush strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to reduce unauthorized access risk.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph.rush support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of or access to your account. ph.rush will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorized use of your account where such loss arises from your failure to take reasonable security precautions or failure to notify ph.rush in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your ph.rush account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise made available to any third party. Access to your account by any person other than the registered account holder is prohibited.

3.4 Account Sharing. Sharing account credentials with another person — including a family member or partner — is prohibited. All gaming activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, including any losses incurred by another person using your credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph.rush accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (OTC), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. ph.rush reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Funding. All deposits must be funded from payment methods owned by and registered to the account holder. Deposits from third-party payment accounts not belonging to the registered player are prohibited. ph.rush reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method is owned by the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being completed and no pending security or compliance flags on the account. Standard withdrawal processing times apply per payment method. ph.rush is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network conditions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified payment method registered to the account holder. ph.rush reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.

4.5 Currency. The default account currency on ph.rush is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, bets, wins, and transactions are denominated in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. ph.rush may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the account holder's registered email address.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Offer Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria stated at the time of each offer. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph.rush reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph.rush employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating play with other accounts to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, ph.rush reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses and free spins expire within 14 days of being credited to the account. Expired bonuses are automatically removed and are not eligible for reinstatement.

5.5 Maximum Bonus Bet. While wagering with an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is ₱500 (or the equivalent in other denominations) unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the offer terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

5.6 Promotional Changes. ph.rush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability. ph.rush offers casino games, live dealer games, slot games, card games, bingo, and other gaming formats. Games are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements.

6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on ph.rush use certified RNG systems independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for inspection upon request and are consistent with values published by the respective game providers.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions of the live dealer (card dealing, wheel spin, dice shake). ph.rush is not responsible for game interruptions caused by streaming disruptions, network failures, or technical issues on the player's device or connection.

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, glitch, or software error resulting in incorrect odds, payouts, or outcomes, ph.rush reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known or exploited technical malfunction are not payable and may be reclaimed from the player's balance.

6.5 Prohibited Gaming Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph.rush:

• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ph.rush staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of match-fixing, cheating, or fraudulent conduct affecting game outcomes;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to access ph.rush from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Violation of these provisions will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balance pending resolution.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Responsibility. Gaming on ph.rush is intended for entertainment purposes. ph.rush strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly, within their personal financial means, and to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income. The house edge on all games means that, over time, the platform retains a statistical advantage on all bets placed.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. ph.rush provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months;
• Reality Check: On-screen display of cumulative session win/loss totals.

7.3 Player Protection Obligations. ph.rush reserves the right to impose account restrictions, enforce deposit limits, or mandate a cooling-off period on any account where we identify indicators of problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the player has voluntarily activated these tools.

7.4 Minor Protection. ph.rush maintains strict controls to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Players are responsible for ensuring that their account credentials are not accessible to minors in their household. ph.rush accepts no liability for access by minors resulting from the Player's failure to secure their account.

7.5 External Support. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek assistance. ph.rush maintains contact information for relevant support services accessible via the Responsible Gaming page at /responsible-gaming.

8 Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ph.rush account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to a verified payment method after KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 ph.rush's Right to Close or Suspend. ph.rush reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed through a payment provider;
• Court order, law enforcement request, or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

8.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by ph.rush due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the disposition of the account balance will be determined based on the nature and severity of the breach. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation or surrendered to PAGCOR as required.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform IP. All content on the ph.rush platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, trademarks, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph.rush or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the express prior written permission of ph.rush.

9.2 Game Provider IP. All third-party game content on ph.rush is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used under license. All applicable intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective licensors.

9.3 Limited License. ph.rush grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. ph.rush makes no representation or guarantee regarding the financial outcome of your gaming activity. All games carry a house edge and the statistical expectation for any individual player is negative over a sufficient number of rounds. ph.rush is a gaming entertainment platform, not an investment vehicle.

10.2 Service Availability. ph.rush operates on a commercially reasonable efforts basis to ensure Platform availability. ph.rush does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses, missed bets, or game interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or circumstances beyond ph.rush's reasonable control.

10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph.rush's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 Consequential Loss. ph.rush is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

11 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

11.1 AML Compliance. ph.rush is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. ph.rush maintains AML and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations.

11.2 Reporting Obligations. ph.rush is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Players should be aware that ph.rush may be required to freeze accounts and report information to regulators without prior notice in circumstances where AML or CTF obligations arise.

11.3 Source of Funds. ph.rush reserves the right to request information regarding the source of funds deposited into a player's account. Players must be able to demonstrate that funds deposited on ph.rush originate from legitimate sources. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in account restriction.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, and protection of your personal information by ph.rush is governed by the ph.rush Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the legal agreement between you and ph.rush.

12.2 Data Processing Consent. By registering an account on ph.rush, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, AML compliance, and marketing communications where separately consented to.

12.3 Philippine Data Privacy Act. ph.rush processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Players retain the rights of access, correction, and data portability as provided under that Act.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 PAGCOR Oversight. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, ph.rush is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms. Players who believe they have been treated unfairly may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint handling procedures.

13.3 Internal Complaint Process. Before escalating to any external body, players must first submit their complaint to ph.rush via the live chat support channel. ph.rush commits to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceeding arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. ph.rush reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of ph.rush following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph.rush and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.1.

14.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms replaces all prior versions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page is the date from which the current version applies to all active accounts.

15 Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph.rush with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver. ph.rush's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it preclude ph.rush from exercising such right or provision at any future time.

15.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
